Policies
We have put policies in place to help keep our salon safe and flexible for our clients. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following policies:
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and cash.
We require a credit card on file in order to book a service. Your card will not be charged until the day of service. You may change your payment method during your appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy, we will contact you to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance by phone, email, or text. If we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to show up to your appointment on time, or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours of notice.
Free Services
We offer free bang trims between cuts when you’ve had your hair cut at our salon, as well as free consultations for any hair service. If you have scheduled one of these services and did not show up/cancel with 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $20 to rebook.
Punctuality
We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment with us. Because we schedule back-to-back appointments for each stylist, lateness can offset our entire day. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, resulting in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the booked services.
Service Changes
Clients are responsible for all services booked. Some services demand longer appointments, which means our stylists may block extended time for your appointment to achieve the most ideal results. When clients change or reduce services during their appointment, the time blocked may no longer match the services. It is for this reason that clients who change or reduce services during their appointments may be subject to a 50% charge of the originally booked service(s).
No-Show Appointments
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Clients who do not show up to an appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked. We do understand that emergencies happen. We ask that you contact us as soon as you know you will miss your appointment. After two occurrences, we will only allow same-day appointments, paid in advance.
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours of notice. To cancel an appointment, please contact us.
Failure to cancel an appointment with the required notice may result in cancellation fees.
